I'm a visual designer and artist living in Austin, Texas.
My journey into graphic design started in the 1st grade when I created a little paper world. I made detailed tiny people, pets, neighborhoods, schools, trees, etc. out of paper during break time at school. I worked on this project for months until I had probably used up a small forest and I've been hooked on art ever since.
watercoloratx originally started as an after school project. I was looking for a way to learn more about my hometown and to find another creative outlet. As the weeks passed, more of my family and friends noticed it and it began to grow. In October 2017, I participated in RAW Artists show at Emo's and soon after I was asked to stock my art at Art for the People Gallery!
My art allows people who have moved away from Austin to remember their time here, brings people together over shared memories, and inspires people to explore the city.
In my free time, I enjoy drinking coffee, running, playing with my dog Finn and spending time outdoors.
